San Diego County and California
Areas We Serve
You may start looking for therapy with the name of the place you call home. These community pages describe care available through our San Diego office and California telehealth, with the same practice, clinicians and appointment options behind every page.

Who This Is For
We see teens ages 13 to 17, young adults ages 18 to 25 and adults ages 26 to 64, as well as couples and families. A parent, partner or individual can begin by describing the concern, even without knowing which service to ask about.

Focus of Care
What We Work On
Anxiety and Mood
Worry, panic and changes that affect everyday routines.
Relationships
Communication, conflict and the need for connection.
Teens and Parenting
School pressures, family expectations and adolescent emotions.
Psychosis Care
Calm discussion of unusual experiences with family involvement.
How We Work
Your community name helps you find us; the concern you bring shapes the work. We draw on different methods and ask how a recent moment unfolded, so a session stays connected to your own thoughts, emotions and relationships rather than a general description of therapy.

What Can Shift
A conversation can give us room to understand what an argument, anxious moment or change in motivation has meant to you. We can practice a response while recognizing the effort you already put into work, school or family life.
What Sessions Look Like
In-person appointments take place only at 9655 Granite Ridge Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92123. The area pages do not describe neighborhood offices; they introduce communities in San Diego County whose residents can consider care with our practice.
California telehealth lets you join from a private place while you are in the state. Sessions are 50 minutes, and we discuss clinician availability, privacy and a stable connection before you decide on a setting.
Consultation and Coverage
The free 15-minute phone consultation gives us time to hear your concern and discuss fit. We are in network with many insurance plans and offer superbills for out-of-network benefits; coverage depends on the plan and service.
Fees in Brief
Individual, couples and family sessions are 50 minutes. We are in network with many plans and provide superbills for out-of-network benefits. Contact us for rates.
