What Can Shift
When anxiety returns, we examine the thought and practice a response that reflects your needs.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions last 50 minutes and can focus on your experience alone or include partners or family members. We talk about the purpose of involving others rather than treating participation as automatic.
Office sessions are held only at our Granite Ridge Drive address in San Diego. California telehealth can take place from home when you have a private setting and the connection needed for a video appointment.
