Who This Is For

These details are for people using insurance, considering out-of-network benefits or paying without insurance. Coverage depends on your plan, and every plan we accept applies to every clinician on our team. The network name is a starting point; your plan can confirm your benefits.

  • Out-of-network claims
  • Care without insurance

What We Work On

  • Outpatient Mental Health

Outpatient therapy benefits available through your insurance plan.

  • Telehealth Coverage

Benefits for video therapy appointments while you are in California.

  • Deductible and Copay

Costs before and after you have met your deductible.

  • Prior Authorization

How We Work

What Can Shift

Knowing your benefits helps us talk about costs before care. For out-of-network services, we provide superbills you can submit to your plan. Your insurer decides reimbursement and can explain which documents it accepts and how it handles claims.

What Sessions Look Like

Individual, couples and family appointments last 50 minutes, in person in San Diego or by telehealth anywhere in California. We can share rates for the service you are considering when you contact us.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. The fee for a late cancellation or no-show is $100. Questions about the policy are welcome before you schedule.
