In Their Words

About Travis

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning adults who look "put together" on the outside but internally feel anxious or disconnected. They may be successful professionals, athletes, creatives, or individuals navigating life transitions who are tired of managing everything alone.

Some come to therapy because their anxiety feels louder lately: panic, overthinking, or difficulty slowing their mind during the workday. Others are stuck in repeating relationship patterns and wanted to understand why connection feels hard, even when they care deeply.

I offer structured weekday daytime and evening telehealth designed to fit into your workday or evening before burnout peaks. Together we explore emotional patterns and relationship cycles so you can feel more grounded, regulated, and connected. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside practical tools to support meaningful change.

You don't have to carry this alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed and begin to feel understood. Together we slow down what feels reactive so you can respond with more clarity and steadiness. When you're ready for more secure ground, I invite you to reach out.

Who I Often See

Travis often works with adults whose anxiety follows them into meetings, relationships or quiet moments after work. His bio describes professionals, athletes and creatives who feel disconnected despite appearing put together.

Repeating relationship cycles, overthinking and life transitions are also part of his focus. You can ask how CBT or EFT relates to a workday or an exchange with someone you care about. Anxiety doesn’t have to be obvious to others to deserve attention here.

Format

Travis offers weekday daytime and evening telehealth across California. A 50-minute session needs a private space with a stable connection. We can talk about available times before you change your work schedule.

Supervision

Travis is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist practicing under the supervision of Joseph Edwards, LMFT.
