I believe that mental health is not just the absence of illness, but the presence of balance, meaning, and connection. Life inevitably brings challenges, but I see therapy as a collaborative process—an opportunity to reflect, grow, and develop the tools needed to live more fully and intentionally. I strive to help clients reconnect with their values, discover their inner strengths, and build a life that feels purposeful and authentic. In my practice, I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology.
Charmaine blends compassion with clinical expertise, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Positive Psychology to support growth and healing. She create a safe, collaborative space to manage anxiety, heal trauma, and help clients live with clarity and purpose.
