Working with Joe has been life-changing. He’s the best therapist I’ve ever had—genuinely kind, deeply understanding, and completely real. From the start, I felt like I could trust him with anything, and that trust helped me conquer fears and anxieties I never thought I’d overcome. Joe created a safe space where I felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he’s helped me through.

Joe made me feel extremely comfortable with his sense of humor and disarming personality from the very first session. Before starting therapy I was nervous and apprehensive about it, but working with Joe I looked forward to the insights and relief that I received from discussing topics together. Joe used CBT to teach me methods to create lasting changes in my life, and I highly recommend working with him!

It takes a very special person to be able to help a child fighting mental illness and their family. After 4 previously failed attempts, we found Joe. He put himself at my son’s level physically and emotionally, successfully connecting like no one else had been able to. His humor, warmth and sincerity was genuine and my son felt it. He saved us. He saved my son. We are forever indebted. And now 11 yrs later, my son is a healthy, happy and thriving young adult with a good job, friendships, in a healthy loving relationship.

We are so thankful for Joe and his support during a difficult time in our son’s adolescence. Joe’s laid back, non-judgemental nature made our son feel comfortable and safe. Joe mediated challenging family discussions with compassion and provided the unbiased sounding board we needed while making us all feel heard.
